About Patti

Well, have you ever had a nickname as a child? Did ya hate it? I did. My name of “Patti” is a bit of a cruel name to give to a kid..I mean you can pair it up with “Patticake” and then get associated with the scruffy “Peppermint Patty” of Peanuts fame.

It seems over the years I have found myself wrestling with childhood concerns. People have revisited my life causing me to find healing and peace with my past and those in it.

I have a fondness for bridges like in the photo. They take you to new places and yet keep you connected to where you have been.

I have come full circle I feel in many ways. I embrace my nicknames ..but I’m especially fond of “Peppermint Patti”. At times I’ve even used as a nickname of just “Peppermint”.
